Helping you see from a fresh perspective.

I am the lens to bring focus to your world.

Helping you step out with a new perspective.

I listen people into action.

My coaching style.

I’m a listener and a learner who thrives on encouraging others. Coaching allows me to partner with my clients to engineer new pathways to success through self-discovery, reframing, clarification of values, and setting goals. As a photographer, I intentionally view things from unexpected and unconventional angles and this is also my coaching philosophy.

My vision is to live intentionally, gratefully, gracefully, and passionately. A life of abundance rather than survival. I feel this outlook on life overflows to my coaching style.

A lifelong learner, I continuously have a stack of books I’m reading and subscribe to multiple podcasts that support my own development as well as that of my clients. You can click here if you are interested in books and podcasts I recommend.

How I became a coach.

Several years ago, I was approaching several major life transitions.

I began working with a professional coach to explore what I would like to do professionally and personally in the next season of life.

It soon became clear to me that helping others grow in their personal and professional life was my passion. George Mason’s coaching program and their integrative holistic approach to well-being practices was the only choice for me and upon completion of the program, I quickly began working with clients.
